Attieve® - Sales Process Analyzer

A process cannot be executed successfully if it can’t be measured, controlled and managed and this is what Attieve® does.

We have explained that successful selling is based on a well designed sales process but making it happen is more difficult than designing it.

Attieve® dissects the execution of the sales process into its minor details and once it understands the significance of these details converts them into one simple score, a number between 0 and 100, which summarizes the health of the FLOW of the model. The closer this score is to 100, the higher the probability of achieving the goal that the model was designed to achieve. Only when something is deeply understood can it be expressed and tracked in such simple fashion.

Attieve® was designed with the clear understanding that the users would be people who do not appreciate reporting large amounts of data or doing so via a complicated interface.

Sales systems typically fail because their complexity deters salespeople and managers from using them. Attieve® was designed with this fact in mind so its users are only required to input the date when an Opportunity moves from one step to the next. THAT’S IT! It’s a tool designed to help salespeople sell more, not take time away from them.

Everyday Attieve tells the sales person the state of his FLOW and indicates if and where one of the variables that form the FLOW is not being satisfied and by how much; the sales person has a clear understanding of where his attention is needed. Corrective actions can be taken before situations become grave and inhibit the achievement of the goals.

We are not interested in why a goal was not met; we are interested in achieving the goal.

The modeling module of Attieve® is written in Excel and VBA. Excel is an excellent interface for matrix based models plus it is a well known and easy to use interface.

The tracking and comparing modules are internet based, designed and written with the latest technologies available for secure and fast use. The back end is SQLServer, the communication technology is AJAX and the language is .Net.
